Well, after MUCH work, we are ready to open! The Health Inspection went great, we got an A rating! 100% not one thing to fix! The food is on its way and we are opening for a practice run on Aug. 8-9, you are all invited. Then we will officially open on the 12th, we also found out the County Fair is being held here in Dubois on the 13th through the 16th so we are expecting to be quite busy! Wish me luck!

Dang! The cafe came out pretty good! I kinda expected it to be all po' dunk and all but it looks all cozy and cute, the leaves were a good idea! Man, I wish I could at least come up for a day visit, maybe I can convince Nick.
I am so proud of you! I am planning on being there Thursday and Friday during the county fair. It's kinda nerve wrecking to be serving again, but it's gonna be FUN!
